粉煤灰-矿渣粉对环氧砂浆性能的影响OA
Influence of Fly Ash-Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Powder on the Properties of Epoxy Mortar
为了减少水泥生产过程中产生的碳足迹,建筑行业中使用辅助胶凝材料(SCM)的情况在全球范围内日益增多.研究考察了矿渣粉和粉煤灰这两种SCM 在环氧砂浆中的协同作用,使用不同量的矿渣粉和粉煤灰替代水泥,制备环氧砂浆,并对其流动度、抗压强度进行了研究,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪分析(EDS)对试块的的微观结构进行了分析.结果表明,矿渣粉和粉煤灰在环氧砂浆中的复掺显著增加了其在环氧砂浆中的火山灰反应和填料效应,环氧砂浆具有更高的抗压强度.微观结构研究显示,颗粒堆积得到改善,孔结构得到细化.因此,矿渣粉和粉煤灰结合使用时,可优化环氧砂浆的性能,并有望成为减少水泥需求的可持续可行的解决方案.
To reduce the carbon footprint generated during cement production,the use of supplementary cementitious materials(SCMs)in the construction industry is increasing globally.This study investigates the synergistic effect of two SCMs—granulated blast furnace slag powder and fly ash—in epoxy mortar.Test specimens were prepared by substituting cement with varying proportions of granulated blast furnace slag powder and fly ash,and their flowability and compressive strength were examined.The microstructure of the specimens was analysed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).Results indicated that the combined use of slag powder and fly ash significantly enhanced the pozzolanic reaction and filler effect within the epoxy mortar,yielding higher compressive strength.Microstructural investigations revealed improved particle packing,refined pore structure,and increased formation of calcium silicate hydrates.Consequently,the combined use of slag powder and fly ash optimises the performance of epoxy mortar,presenting a sustainable and viable solution for reducing cement requirements.
