Evaluation and Prediction of Water Resources Ecological Footprint in Huizhou

基于水资源生态足迹模型,结合5个计算指标(水资源生态承载力、生态盈亏、生态压力、可持续指数以及万元GDP水资源生态足迹),对2009-2023年惠州市水资源可持续利用状况进行定量分析与客观评价,并利用GM(1,1)模型预测未来5 a(2024-2028年)该地区水资源生态足迹的变化情况.结 果 表 明:2009-2023年惠州市人均水资源、人均工业用水以及农业用水生态足迹总体上有所降低,而人均生活用水与生态用水生态足迹近年来有所增加.不同年份人均水资源生态承载力起伏较大,但水资源生态呈盈余状态.人均万元 GDP水资源生态足迹逐年减小,水资源生态压力总体较为平稳,水资源保持可持续发展态势,未来5 a人均水资源生态足迹将继续减小.

Based on the water resources ecological footprint(WREF)model,combined with five calculation indicators(water resources ecological carrying capacity(WRECC),ecological profit and loss,ecological pressure,sustainability index,and water resources ecological footprint per 10,000 Yuan of GDP),a quantitative analysis and objective evaluation were conducted to evaluate the sustainability of water resource utilization in Huizhou between 2009 and 2023.The GM(1,1)model was used to predict the changes in the water resources ecological footprint(WREF)of the region in the next 5 years(2024 to 2028).The results showed that from 2009 to 2023,the ecological footprint of per capita water resources,per capita industrial water use,and agricultural water use in Huizhou had generally decreased,while the per capita ecological footprint of household water usage and environmental water provisioning had increased in recent years.The WRECC of per capita fluctuated greatly in different years,but the ecological balance of water resources showed a surplus state.The ecological footprint of water resources per 10 thousand of GDP had been decreasing year by year,and the overall ecological pressure on water resources was relatively stable.Water resources developed sustainably,and during the period from 2024 to 2028 the per capita WREF would continue to decrease.
