为探究粤东地区中小流域极端洪水的形成机制与水文响应特征,该文以2024年6月16-18日梅江流域发生的极端暴雨洪水事件(简称梅江"24·6"洪水)为研究对象,基于该区域主要水文站实测水文资料(雨量、水位、流量等)及长序列历史洪水数据,从洪水成因、历史洪水对比与频率分析等方面开展研究.结果表明:①"24·6"洪水致洪降雨呈现显著极端性,表现为前期累积雨量影响大、降雨历时短、雨强大且降水落区高度重叠的特征;② 石窟河新铺站、松源河宝坑站此次洪水为建站以来实测最大洪水,且洪水量级超过历史调查最大值,属超历史洪水,梅江横山(二)站此次洪水则为建站以来实测第二大洪水;③ 各控制站洪峰流量重现期存在明显区域差异.研究成果可为粤东地区中小流域极端洪水风险评估与防洪减灾工作提供参考.

To explore the formation mechanism and hydrological response characteristics of extreme floods in small and medium-sized basins in eastern Guangdong,this study takes the extreme rainstorm flood event that occurred in the Meijiang River Basin from June 16 to 18,2024(referred to as the"24·6"Meijiang River flood event)as the research object.Based on the measured hydrological data(including rainfall,water level,and discharge)from major hydrological stations in the region and long-series historical flood data,the study is conducted from the perspectives of flood causes,historical flood comparison,and frequency analysis.The results show that:①The flood-inducing rainfall of the"24·6"flood presents significant extremeness,characterized by a strong influence of pre-event accumulated rainfall,short rainfall duration,high rainfall intensity,and highly overlapping rainfall areas;②The floods at Xinpu Station(Shiku River)and Baokeng Station(Songyuan River)are the largest measured floods since the stations were established,with their magnitudes exceeding the maximum historically surveyed values,thus being classified as ultra-historical floods;in contrast,the flood at Hengshan(II)Station(Mei River)ranks as the second largest measured flood since the station's construction;③There are obvious regional differences in the recurrence intervals of peak discharges among the control stations.The research results can provide references for extreme flood risk assessment and flood prevention and mitigation efforts in small and medium-sized basins in eastern Guangdong.
