盾构机刀盘适应性改造研究OA
Research on adaptive modification for shield machine cutterhead
盾构机刀盘适应性改造是实现高端装备资源循环利用和绿色低碳发展的重要途径.本文依托多个工程案例对刀盘适应性改造的形式进行分析,给出了刀盘的受力计算公式,并基于刀盘的有限元模型对其强度和刚度进行分析.结果表明:开口率改造和直径改造是刀盘适应性改造的主要形式,开口率改造增强了刀盘对地层的适应性,直径改造扩大了刀盘的适用范围;刀盘推进阻力理论值与盾体总推力实测值的比值范围为32%~58%,转动阻力矩理论值与最大实测值的最大相对误差为5%,验证了刀盘受力理论分析的正确性;基于有限元分析结果,提高刀盘的强度和刚度,可使其满足使用要求;对于刀盘应力集中处或变形过大的位置须进行强化设计,并保证其焊接质量.研究结果为刀盘的再制造提供了理论支撑和经验参考.
The adaptive modification of the shield machine cutterhead is a critical approach to achieving the resource recycling and green,low-carbon development of advanced equipment.This paper analyzed the forms of adaptive modification for the cutterhead based on the engineering case studies,presented the force calculation formulas for the cutterhead,and conducted analysis on the strength and stiffness of the cutterhead based on its finite element model.The results demonstrated that the modifications of opening ratio and diameter were the primary forms of the adaptability modification.The open ratio modification could enhance the adaptability of the cutterhead to the stratum,while the diameter modification could extend the applicability.The ratio range of the theoretical value of propulsion resistance of the cutterhead to the measured value of the total thrust force of the shield was 32%-58%,and the maximum relative error between the theoretical value and the maximum measured value of the rotational resistance torque was 5%,which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the cutterhead force.Based on the results of the finite element analysis,enhancing the strength and stiffness could make the cutterhead meet the usage requirements.For the areas with stress concentration or excessive deformation in the cutterhead,reinforcement design must be carried out,and the welding quality must be guaranteed.The research results provide the theoretical support and practical references for the remanufacturing of the cutterhead.
