基于数据可靠性的工业机器人智能产线运维标准化展望OA
A review of operation and maintenance standardization for industrial robot intelligent production line based on data reliability
随着工业4.0背景下智能制造的深入推进,工业机器人智能产线在生产中的核心作用日益凸显.其运维策略正从传统的修复性维护、预防性维护向基于设备状态的预测性维护转变,而预测性维护的实现高度依赖高质量的数据.当前工业现场普遍面临数据可靠性不高的严峻挑战,具体表现为数据准确性低、完整性差、一致性缺失及时效性不足,严重制约了故障预测与维护决策的有效性.为应对这一问题,本文对基于数据可靠性的工业机器人智能产线运维标准化策略进行了系统综述.首先,从技术、管理、成本三个维度剖析了数据可靠性的影响机制,揭示了数据在采集、传输、处理过程中的失真根源及其对运维效能的制约;其次,围绕成本、可执行性、服务模式及人员培训体系等方面,分析了当前运维标准化体系存在的缺口及需求;最后,提出了推进贯穿数据全生命周期的运维标准化建设的政策建议,包括建立数据置信度分级标准、统一语义互操作性协议、构建基于数据信用的风险共担商业模式等,以期为构建高可靠性、可落地、可持续的智能产线运维标准化体系提供理论依据与实践指导.
With the ongoing transition of intelligent manufacturing under the background of Industry 4.0,the core role of industrial robot intelligent production lines in the production process has become increasingly prominent.The operation and maintenance strategies are shifting from traditional corrective and preventive approaches toward predictive maintenance based on equipment conditions.The effectiveness of predictive maintenance,however,depends critically on high-quality data.A major challenge in current industrial practice is the lack of data reliability,manifested as poor accuracy,incompleteness,inconsistency and latency,all of which severely compromise the fault prediction and maintenance decision-making.To address this issue,a systematic review was conducted on operation and maintenance standardization strategies for industrial robot intelligent production lines based on data reliability.Firstly,the data reliability's influence mechanism was analyzed from technological,managerial and cost perspectives,revealing the root causes of data degradation during acquisition,transmission and processing stages and their constraining effects on operation and maintenance performance.Secondly,the gaps and needs in the existing operation and maintenance standardization system were identified,particularly concerning cost,feasibility,service model and personnel training system.Finally,policy suggestions were put forward to promote the operation and maintenance standardization construction throughout the entire data lifecycle,including establishing a data confidence level classification standard,unifying semantic interoperability protocols,and constructing a risk-sharing business model based on data credit,etc.The aim is to provide both theoretical basis and practical guidance for building a reliable,implementable and sustainable operation and maintenance standardization system for intelligent production lines.
