在深厚松散地层取心钻探工程施工中,普遍存在钻进效率低、取心质量差、孔内事故频发、施工成本高等问题.为解决上述问题,本文对绳索取心钻具组合装置进行了优化,研发出一套适用于松散地层深孔作业的取心工艺.优化钻具组合为直径 133 mm 绳索取心钻头+直径 127.5 mm 下扩孔器+直径 122 mm 绳取钻具总成+直径 127.5 mm 上扩孔器+直径 114 mm 绳索取心钻杆.通过对不同直径钻头的试验与调整孔壁与钻具之间的环状间隙,平衡钻具稳定性与排屑通畅性;采用阶梯式底喷钻头解决岩心冲蚀问题;融合烧结卡取与卡簧卡取工艺,解决了岩心卡取不牢的问题;配套优化不分散低固相聚合物冲洗液体系,实现裸眼段孔壁的长效稳定.工程实践表明,该工艺可显著提升机械钻进效率与岩心采取率,进而有效降低作业劳动强度,可为国内同类型深厚松散地层钻探取心工程提供系统性技术参考.

In the construction of core drilling engineering in deep and loose formations,problems such as low drilling efficiency,poor coring quality,frequent downhole accidents and high construction costs are commonly encountered.To solve the above problems,this paper optimized the assembly of wireline coring drilling tools and developed a set of coring technology suitable for deep-hole operations in loose formations.The optimized drilling tool combination includes 133 mm diameter wireline coring bit,127.5 mm diameter lower reamer,122 mm diameter wireline coring tool assembly,127.5 mm diameter upper reamer and 114 mm diameter wireline coring drilling rod.Through tests on drilling bits of different diameters and adjusting the annular clearance between hole wall and drilling tool,the stability of drill string and the smoothness of cuttings removal can be balanced;the problem of core erosion was solved with stepped bottom jetting bit,the problem of unreliable core locking can also be solved by integrating sintered core locking and spring core locking technologies,and the long-term stability of borehole wall in open-hole section was realized by correspondingly optimizing non-dispersed low-solid polymer flushing fluid system.Engineering practice has shown that this technology can significantly improve the mechanical drilling efficiency and core recovery rate,thereby effectively reducing the labor intensity of drilling operations.It can provide a systematic technical reference for coring drilling projects in similar deep and loose formations in China.
