基于花岗岩地层全液压钻机成孔特点的清孔工艺改进OA
Improvement of borehole cleaning process based on the characteristics of hole formation by full hydraulic drill in granite formation
针对花岗岩地区孔内电视成像因孔壁附着物导致图像模糊的技术难题,依托某地下工程勘察项目,系统分析了传统全液压绳索取心钻机成孔、清水循环清孔工艺的局限性.研究表明,该工艺虽能清除悬浮岩屑,但对水位以上孔段由钻具锈蚀及泥皮氧化形成的致密附着层清除能力显著不足.因此,提出"高压初步冲洗+针对性机械刷洗"的组合清孔工艺,并配套孔液维持、提钻优化等预防措施.以 420 m 钻孔(水位180 m)为对象进行对比试验,结果显示:全孔成像清晰段占比由 68.5%提升至 88.7%,其中水位以上孔段由55.0%升至 86.0%,提升 31%,改进效果明显.该组合工艺可精准清除氧化附着层,使水上、水下成像质量趋于一致,有效保障裂隙识别与地质判读的准确性;特殊工况(断层破碎带、斜孔)下应遵循"护壁优先、低压力大排量"的原则.研究成果可为花岗岩地区精细化勘察提供实践参考.
In response to the technical challenge of blurred images caused by wall-attachments in granite areas,this paper systematically analyzed the limitations of conventional hole-cleaning process with clear water circulation after wireline core drilling with full hydraulic drill,based on an underground engineering survey project.The study shows that although this process can remove suspended rock debris,it is notably inadequate in removing dense adhering layer formed by drilling tool rust and mud cake oxidation above water level.To overcome this,a combined hole-cleaning process"high-pressure preliminary flushing+targeted mechanical brushing"is proposed,supplemented by preventive measures such as drilling fluid maintenance and lifting optimization.Comparative tests were conducted for a 420 m borehole(water level 180 m).Test results indicate that the proportion of borehole sections with clear images increased from 68.5%to 88.7%for entire borehole,and from 55.0%to 86.0%for above-water section,representing an increase of 31%and showing marked improvement.It is concluded that the combined process can precisely remove the oxidized adhering layer,making the imaging quality of above-water and below-water sections more consistent,and effectively ensuring the accuracy of fracture identification and geological interpretation.Under special working conditions(fault fracture zones and inclined boreholes),the principle of"wall protection priority,low pressure and large displacement"should be followed.These research results can provide practical reference for refined geological investigation in granite areas.
