贵州地区矿山生命保障孔钻探技术研究OA
Research on drilling technology for mine life support holes in Guizhou region
本文针对贵州省山区地形复杂、传统车载救援钻机适应性差的问题,基于"平战结合"原则,提出适用于山地丘陵地区的矿山生命保障孔钻探技术.通过设计三开孔身结构,优选模块化便携式岩心钻机,采用泥浆钻进工艺和空气钻进工艺,配套小排量矿用泥浆脉冲随钻测量仪及螺杆钻具,实现复杂地层孔壁稳定与精准透巷,形成适用于贵州地区的矿山生命保障孔钻探技术,为西南地区矿山事故应急救援提供理论依据与工艺参考.
In view of the complex terrain of mountainous areas in Guizhou province and the poor adaptability of traditional vehicle-mounted rescue drilling rigs,a drilling technology for mine life support holes suitable for mountainous and hilly areas is proposed on the basis of peacetime and wartime combining principle,Through the design of three-open hole structure,combined with preferred modular portable core drilling rig,mud or air drilling technology,small displacement mining mud pulse while drilling measuring instrument,and screw drilling tools,the hole wall stability and precise tunnel penetration in complex strata are realized,and a drilling technology for mine life support holes suitable for Guizhou region was formed,which provides theoretical basis and technological reference for the emergency rescue of mining accidents in Southwest China.
