极寒环境下岩心地质钻探施工难点与对策OA

结合极寒环境特点和钻探施工实际,钻探施工过程中对人员健康、设备性能、冲洗液维护、水路保障等提出了极大挑战.本文通过对极寒低温环境下存在的水路结冰、设备上冻、冲洗液性能衰减、施工人员冻伤等问题进行深入分析,针对性采取优化井身设计、选用适合的施工油脂、注重冲洗液循环、强化保暖措施等技术方法,在甘肃省龙首山-25℃极寒环境下实施的 ZK17-1 钻孔现场应用良好,未发生人员冻伤、钻机设备冻坏、冲洗液性能大幅下降等问题,施工效率大幅提升,机故停待率降低至 2.17%,台月效率提高了 2 倍以上,高质高效完成了钻探任务.在极寒环境下岩心钻探施工难点的方法对策,可对其他单位在类似环境下开展钻探施工提供一定借鉴.

Based on the characteristics of extremely cold environments and actual drilling construction,drilling construction process poses great challenges to personnel health,equipment performance,maintenance of flushing fluids,and waterway security.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of issues such as waterway icing,equipment freezing,performance degradation of flushing fluid,and frostbite of construction personnel in extremely cold low-temperature environments.Targeted technical measures,such as optimizing wellbore design,selecting suitable drilling greases,paying attention to flushing fluid circulation,and enhancing thermal insulation,were implemented at ZK17-1 drilling site in Longshoushan,Gansu Province in an extremely cold environment of-25℃has been well applied,with no personnel frostbite,drilling equipment freezing damage or significant decline in flushing fluid performance.The construction efficiency has been greatly improved,the downtime rate has been reduced to 2.17%,the monthly efficiency has increased by more than twice,and the drilling task has been completed with high quality and efficiency.The methods and countermeasures for difficulties of core drilling in extremely cold environments can provide some reference for other units to carry out drilling construction in similar environments.
