定向钻探技术在资源勘探、地质灾害治理与工程施工等领域已得到广泛应用,但传统随钻测量方式在空气钻井及泡沫钻井等无钻井液介质工况下的适用性差,成本偏高.为解决井下参数实时测量与传输难题,作者研制了 YSXD18 地面电磁波随钻测量系统.该系统无需通缆钻杆、不受钻井液介质影响,具备测量精度高、工作时间长、适用工况广、综合成本低等特点.通过高低温试验、振动试验与现场实钻试验进行了可靠性验证,结果表明:系统工作稳定,测量精度满足设计指标,可实现井斜角、方位角、工具面角等参数的实时采集与稳定传输,轨迹控制精准.该系统的成功研制,填补了特殊钻井工况下随钻测量技术的应用空白,可为定向钻探工程提供高效、经济、可靠的技术支撑,具有工程实用价值与推广意义.

Directional drilling has been widely used in the fields of resource exploration,geological disaster treatment and engineering construction,but the conventional measurement while drilling(MWD)method presents poor applicability and high cost in working conditions without drilling fluid such as air drilling and foam drilling.To solve the difficulties in real-time measurement and transmission of downhole parameters,the authors developed YSXD18 surface electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling system.Without relying on wired drill pipes and being affected by drilling fluid,this system features high measurement accuracy,long operating time,wide applicability and low comprehensive cost.The reliability verification is carried out through high and low temperature tests,vibration tests and field drilling tests.The results showed that the system operates stably with measurement accuracy meeting design requirements.It can realize real-time acquisition and stable transmission of parameters such as inclination,azimuth and tool face angle,and achieve precise trajectory control.The successful development of this system fills the application gap of MWD technology under special drilling conditions,and can provide efficient,economical and reliable technical support for directional drilling engineering.It has practical engineering value and promotion significance.
