输电线路杆塔基础在电网建设中占据核心地位,在地形与地质条件复杂的山区,传统人工挖孔与爆破施工效率低、安全风险高,多起事故表明这些工艺已难以满足现代电网建设需求.随着国家电网提出全面推进输变电工程机械化施工,山区硬岩大孔径成孔装备不足的问题尤为突出.尽管我国钻机装备产业体系较为成熟,但传统整体式钻机体量大、可拆解性差、对运输和场地条件要求高,难以适应索道运输和狭窄、无道路区域的施工需求.基于此,研究开发一种满足山区索道运输条件的分体式硬岩成孔钻机成为迫切需求.该装备通过结构模块化、功能单元轻量化和系统组合设计,实现动力系统、钻进系统与辅助系统的灵活配置,可在 40~65 MPa 硬岩条件下高效成孔.该装备的研制可有效解决山区输电线路基础"运输难、布置难、成孔难"问题,对提升施工机械化水平与安全性具有工程应用价值和推广意义.

The foundation of transmission line towers plays a core role in power grid construction.In mountainous areas with complex terrain and geological conditions,traditional manual hole excavation and blasting construction have the disadvantages of low efficiency and high safety risks.Many accidents have shown that these methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of modern power grid construction.With the proposal of State Grid Corporation of China to comprehensively promote the mechanization construction of power transmission and transformation projects,the shortage of equipment for large-diameter drilling in hard rocks at mountainous areas becomes particularly prominent.Although China's drilling equipment industry system is relatively mature,traditional integral drilling machines have large volume,poor dis-assemblability,high requirements for transportation and site conditions,making them difficult to meet the construction needs of cableway transportation and narrow,roadless areas.Based on this,the development of a split-type hard rock bored pile drilling machine that meets the transportation conditions of mountainous cableways has become an urgent need.This machine achieves the flexible configuration of power system,drilling system and auxiliary system through modular structure,lightweight functional units and combined system design,and can efficiently drilled holes in hard rock with compressive strength of 40~65 MPa.The development of this equipment can effectively solve the problems of difficult transportation,layout and drilling of transmission line foundations in mountainous areas,and has engineering application value and promotion significance for improving the level and safety of construction mechanization.
