旨在建立一测多评法同时测定救乳化毒汤中绿原酸,阿魏酸,咖啡酸,菊苣酸,芹菜素,山奈酚,芒柄花素的含量.用Shimadzu Prominence LC-20A以上或相当色谱系统色谱柱Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm);流动相:水(含0.1%磷酸)(A)-乙腈(B)梯度洗脱;检测波长220 nm,柱温40℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量3 μL.以绿原酸为内标,计算其他6种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量.结果显示,目标组分在测试范围内均表现出良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率97.77%~102.16%,RSD 1.65%~3.26%.建立的一测多评方法测定救乳化毒汤中绿原酸,阿魏酸,咖啡酸,菊苣酸,芹菜素,山奈酚,芒柄花素的含量具有准确性高且稳定性强的优点,可用于救乳化毒汤的质量控制.

The aim of this study was to establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker method for the simultaneous determination of Chlorogenic acid,Ferulic acid,Caffeic acid,Chicoric acid,Apigenin,Kaempferol,Formononetin in Jiuru Huadu Tang.The separation was performed on a Shi-madzu Prominence LC-20A column(Agilent Eclipse Plus C18)(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm)with a gradi-ent elution of water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)(A)-acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 220 nm,the column temperature was 40℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,injec-tion volume of 3 μL.The relative correction factors of the other six components were calculated using chlo-rogenic acid as the internal standard,and their contents were determined.The results showed that the target components exhibited good linearity(r≥0.999 5)over the tested range,with the average spiked recoveries of 97.77%-102.16%and the RSDs of 1.65%-3.26%,The quantitative analysis of multi-components by sin-gle-marker method established in this study for the determination of Chlorogenic acid,Ferulic acid,Caffeic acid,Chicoric acid,Apigenin,Kaempferol,Formononetin in Jiuru Huadu Tang has the advantages of high accuracy and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Jiuru Huadu Tang.
