菊苣水提物对雏鸡生长性能及部分免疫、肝肾和肠道功能的影响OA
Effects of Cichorium intybus L.Aqueous Extract on Growth Performance,Partial Immunity,Liver and Kidney Functions and Intestinal Function of Chicks
试验旨在探究菊苣水提物对6日龄雏鸡生长性能、免疫力、肝肾及肠道功能的影响,以氟苯尼考为对照,将雏鸡随机分成空白对照组(A)、氟苯尼考组(B)、菊苣水提物低(C)、中(D)、高(E)剂量组.试验周期6 d,采集雏鸡血清、免疫器官、肝肾和肠道组织样品,检测相关指标.结果显示,6日龄时,与空白对照组相比,氟苯尼考组雏鸡料重比,肝肾指数,血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐,肝脏TNF-α、丙二醛显著升高(P<0.05),平均日增重,平均日采食量,法氏囊指数,血清IgG、IgM,空肠绒毛高度、绒隐比、脂肪酶活力显著降低(P<0.05);低剂量组雏鸡平均日增重,血清IgG,空肠绒隐比、淀粉酶活力显著升高(P<0.05);中剂量组雏鸡平均日增重,平均日采食量,胸腺指数,血清IgA、IgG,空肠绒隐比、淀粉酶活力、糜蛋白酶活力显著升高(P<0.05);低剂量组、中剂量组雏鸡肝脏丙二醛显著降低(P<0.05);高剂量组雏鸡空肠淀粉酶活力显著升高(P<0.05).以上结果表明,将菊苣水提物添加在雏鸡饮水中,可促进雏鸡生长性能,增强机体免疫力,维持肝肾功能健康及改善雏鸡肠道功能,其中,2.5 g/L剂量的效果最佳.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of Cichorium intybus L.aqueous extract on the growth performance,immunity,liver and kidney function,and intestinal function of 6-day-old chickens,with flor-fenicol as the control,providing new options for the practice of reducing and substituting antibiotics in tra-ditional Chinese veterinary medicine.The chickens were randomly divided into a blank control group(A),a florfenicol group(B),and low(C),medium(D),and high(E)dose groups of Cichorium intybus L.aque-ous extract.The test lasted for 6 days,during which serum,immune organs,liver,kidney,and intestinal tis-sue samples were collected to detect relevant indicators.The results showed that at 6 days of age,compared with the control group,the florfenicol group exhibited significantly higher feed conversion ratio(F/G),hepatorenal index,serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),uric acid,u-rea nitrogen,creatinine,liver tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels(P<0.05),while average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI),bursa of Fabricius index,serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels,jejunal villus height(VH),villus height to crypt depth ratio(V/C),and lipase activity were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In the low-dose group,ADG,serum IgG,jejunal V/C,and amylase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05).In the medium-dose group,ADG,ADFI,thymus index,serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and IgG levels,jejunal V/C,amyl-ase activity,and chymotrypsin activity were significantly increased(P<0.05).Liver MDA levels were sig-nificantly reduced in the low-and medium-dose groups(P<0.05).Jejunal amylase activity was significantly increased in the high-dose group(P<0.05).These results indicated that substituting Cichorium intybus L.aqueous extract for florfenicol in the drinking water of chickens can increase growth performance,enhance immune function,maintain hepatorenal health,and improve intestinal function,with the 2.5 g/L dose showing the best effect.
