我国五省区奶牛乳腺炎病原菌分布特征及耐药性分析OA

旨在探究我国不同地区奶牛乳腺炎病原菌组成及耐药特征,为科学防控和合理用药提供依据.采集山东、甘肃、河北、山西和内蒙古5个省区奶牛乳腺炎乳样130份,对分离菌株进行种属鉴定及药物敏感性检测,分析病原菌分布特征及耐药谱差异.共分离鉴定病原菌100株,隶属19个菌属,其中葡萄球菌属(34株)、埃希菌属(15株)和链球菌属(12株)为优势菌群.不同地区的病原菌组成及耐药谱存在明显差异:山东和河北地区以葡萄球菌属为主,内蒙古地区以埃希氏菌属占优势.大肠埃希氏菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为26.7%,对阿米卡星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、庆大霉素和多粘菌素B敏感率均为100%;粪肠球菌对四环素类、氨基糖苷类及磺胺类呈多重耐药.我国5省区奶牛乳腺炎病原菌分布具有明显区域差异,且存在不同程度耐药性,应加强区域病原监测和药敏检测,制定精准用药策略.

To investigate the composition and antimicrobial resistance characteristics of bacterial pathogens associated with bovine mastitis in different regions of China,and to provide a basis for scientific prevention and control and rational drug use.A total of 130 mastitic milk samples were collected from five provincial-level regions of China,including Shandong,Gansu,Hebei,Shanxi,and Inner Mongolia.The isolated strains were identified and subjected to antimicrobial susceptibility testing to analyze the distribution char-acteristics and resistance profiles of bacterial pathogens.A total of 100 bacterial isolates belonging to 19 genera were identified.Staphylococcus(n=34),Escherichia(n=15),and Streptococcus(n=12)were the predominant bacterial groups.Significant regional differences were observed in bacterial pathogen composi-tion and antimicrobial resistance profiles:Staphylococcus predominated in Shandong and Hebei,whereas Escherichia was the major bacterial group isolated in Inner Mongolia.Escherichia coli exhibited a resist-ance rate of 26.7%to ampicillin,while its susceptibility rates to amikacin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,and polymyxin B were all 100%.Enterococcus faecalis showed multidrug resistance to tetracy-clines,aminoglycosides,and sulfonamides.Bacterial pathogens associated with bovine mastitis in five pro-vincial-level regions of China exhibit significant regional differences in distribution and varying degrees of antimicrobial resistance.Regional pathogen surveillance and antimicrobial susceptibility testing should be strengthened to develop targeted drug use strategies.
