有限量测下基于零序电压推算的有源配电网区域保护方法OA

微型同步相量测装置等高精度量测设备的研发,为区域保护方法的研究提供了技术支撑,然而,考虑到现场实际情况和经济性,在全网所有节点都布置μPMU并不现实.故而,针对小电阻接地配电网,首先提出了在有限μPMU布局下的节点零序电压推算方法;然后基于电压推算方法,计算了故障区域内未知节点的零序电压值;进而确定故障点与故障区域内各线路的相对位置系数α.由此,构建了故障线路识别判据,并提出了一种接地故障区域保护方法.最后,仿真分析验证了所提方法的有效性.

Recent advancements in high-precision measurement devices,such as mirco-phase measurement unit(μPMU),offer technical support for regional protection schemes.However,deploying μPMU across all network nodes remains impractical due to economic and practical constraints.Therefore,under low-resistance grounded distribution network conditions,a node zero-sequence voltage estimation method was proposed under limited μPMU deployment.Furthermore,this method was applied to estimate unknown zero-sequence voltages at nodes within fault regions,enabling calculation of the relative position coefficient α between fault points and regional lines.Based on α,a fault line identification criterion was established,forming a regional protection scheme.Finally,simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
