平抑风电功率波动的混合储能运行策略与容量配置研究OA
Research on Hybrid Energy Storage Operation Strategy and Capacity Allocation for Smoothing Wind Power Fluctuation
为实现可再生能源的有效集成,减小风电的瞬时功率波动,通过融合高能量密度锂电储能与高功率密度飞轮储能的互补特性,提出一种考虑风电场功率波动平抑的混合储能运行策略及容量配置一体化方法.首先,在综合考虑多种储能系统功率容量和充放电效率约束的基础上,构建相互协调运行的混合储能能量管理系统.此外,以储能系统综合成本最小与风电功率机会补偿成本最低为目标函数,引入基准线变量进行修正,构建平抑风电波动的混合储能容量配置模型.最后,结合实际并网数据,得到储能最佳容量优化配置.结果表明,该策略在降低并网波动率的同时,可显著减少储能系统配置成本.
To achieve effective integration of renewable energy and reduce the instantaneous power fluctuations of wind power,a hybrid energy storage system(HESS)operation strategy and integrated capacity allocation considering the smoothing of power fluctuation of wind farms was proposed by leveraging the complementary characteristics of high-energy-density lithium battery storage and high-power-density flywheel storage.Firstly,an energy management system for HESS that coordinates multiple energy storage systems was constructed,taking into account constraints such as power capacity and charge-discharge efficiency.Additionally,with the objectives of minimizing the comprehensive cost of the energy storage system and the opportunity compensation cost of wind power,a baseline variable was introduced for correction to establish a capacity configuration model for HESS that mitigates wind power fluctuations.Finally,by utilizing actual grid-connected data,the optimal capacity configuration for the energy storage was obtained.The results show that this strategy significantly reduces the grid-connected fluctuation rate while notably decreasing the configuration cost of the energy storage system.
