基于5G通信的VSC-HVDC跨区频率支撑控制策略OA
VSC-HVDC Cross Region Frequency Support Control Strategy Based on 5G Communication
针对经柔性高压直流输电系统的跨区异步互联电网,提出了一种基于5G通信的储能装置频率支撑控制策略.首先对送、受端VSC分别设计频率电压下垂控制和频率还原控制策略,使得VSC-HVDC能够将一侧的电网频率波动反映至另一侧.再为5G基站储能接口VSC设计功率同步控制策略,使其能够基于交流频率变化自适应调整输出功率.进一步提出了基于5G通信的储能装置跨区频率支撑逻辑,该逻辑基于送端电网的频率越限程度选定VSC-HVDC的控制模式,同时基于5G基站储能装置的剩余电量状态,启动具备相应调频能力的储能装置参与跨区频率支撑,仿真结果验证了所提控制策略在实现储能参与跨区频率支撑、提升电网频率稳定性方面的有效性.
For cross-regional asynchronous-tied grid of voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)transmission system,a frequency support control strategy for energy storage devices based on 5G communication was proposed.Firstly,the frequency-voltage droop control and frequency restoration control strategies were designed for the sending-end and receiving-end VSCs respectively,so that the VSC-HVDC could reflect the grid frequency fluctuations on one side to the other side.Then,a power synchronization control strategy was designed for the VSC at the energy storage interface of 5G base station,enabling it to adaptively adjust output power based on AC frequency.Furthermore,a cross-regional frequency support logic for energy storage devices based on 5G communication was proposed.This logic selected the control mode of the VSC-HVDC based on the degree of frequency deviation in the sending-end power grid.At the same time,based on the remaining state of charge of the energy storage devices at the 5G base station,the energy storage devices with corresponding frequency regulation capabilities were activated to participate in cross-regional frequency support.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy in enabling energy storage to participate in cross-regional frequency support and improving the frequency stability of the power grid.
