车网互动的价值匹配与规模化应用路径分析OA

针对车网互动(V2G)理论潜力与现实应用间的矛盾,提出其规模化发展是一个从"网的需求"向"车的自觉"演进的过程.系统阐释了V2G在能力与规模上与新型电力系统需求的匹配特性;提出V2G运营商作为新型经营主体,在承担"确定性创造者、价值变现者与技术创新者"多重角色的基础上,将进一步发展成为新的平衡责任与可靠性责任主体,并探讨了实现这一目标所需的关键技术和机制;在此基础上,指出电动汽车的角色演化是推动V2G实现规模化应用的关键因素,同时构建了V2G向交通-能源深度融合演进的四阶段路线图,以期为产业协同发展提供理论参考.

Aiming at the contradiction between the theoretical potential and practical application of vehicle-to-grid(V2G),this paper proposes that its large-scale development is a process evolving from"grid's demand"to"vehicle's self-awareness".The matching characteristics of V2G in capability and scale with the demands of new power systems are systematically elucidated.V2G operators,as new business entities,while undertaking multiple roles of"certainty creator,value realizer,and technology innovator",will further develop into new entities bearing balancing responsibility and reliability responsibility.The key technologies and mechanisms required to achieve this goal are discussed.Furthermore,it is pointed out that the role evolution of electric vehicles is a key factor in promoting large-scale V2G application.A four-stage roadmap for the evolution of V2G toward deep integration of transportation and energy is constructed,which is expected to provide theoretical reference for industrial collaborative development.
