磷酸锰铁锂掺混三元复配电池配方研究OA
Research on cathode formula of composite batteries of LMFP mixed with NCM
将磷酸锰铁锂与三元材料掺混使用作为正极活性物质,采用正交实验法,开展磷酸锰铁锂掺混三元复配电池的正极配方研究.对正交实验的9种正极配方进行加工,发现磷酸锰铁锂的材料比表面积大,均浆过程需增加搅拌强度、延长搅拌时间,磷酸锰铁锂掺混量越多,浆料固含量越低,极片的最大压实密度越低.对正交实验9种软包电池进行60次循环测试,结果表明,正极配方中磷酸锰铁锂∶三元材料为2∶8,PVDF添加量为2.5%,CNT添加量为1%时,电池的循环性能最好.采用最佳正极配方制备样品电池,结果表明比能量为240 Wh/kg的复配电池不适合3C以上的高倍率放电,电池500次循环后容量保持率为90.12%,表现出良好的循环性能.
The LMFP and NCM were mixed and used as the cathode active material,and the orthogo-nal experiment method was adopted to conduct the research on the cathode formula of the compound battery.Nine cathodes formulations of the orthogonal table were processed,it was found that due to the large specific surface area of LMFP,the homogenization process required an increased stirring in-tensity and longer stirring time.Moreover,the higher the content of LMFP,the lower the solid con-tent of the slurry,and the lower the maximum compaction density of the electrode sheet.60 cycle tests were conducted on nine types of soft-pack batteries.The results show that when the LMFP∶NCM in the cathode formula is 2∶8,the PVDF addition amount is 2.5%,and the CNT addition amount is 1%,the battery had the best cycle performance.Samples of batteries were prepared using the best cathode formulation.The results show that when the specific energy is 240 Wh/kg,the com-posite battery is not suitable for high-rate discharging above 3 C.After 500 cycles,the capacity reten-tion rate of the battery is 90.12%,the battery demonstrates excellent cycling performance.
