新能源行业电池人才培养的结构性挑战OA

在全球能源转型与电动化加速推进的背景下,新能源电池产业快速发展,人才需求随产业结构演变呈现出显著的分层化与复合化特征.相较于现有研究多聚焦就业规模或技能短缺的宏观分析,电池产业中由技术耦合与应用拓展所引发的人才结构变化仍缺乏系统讨论.基于产业链视角,对新能源电池产业人才结构的演变特征与分布规律进行分析,并进一步考察产业全球化背景下的人才需求延伸.研究表明,电池产业人才需求沿"材料—制造—系统"链条呈递进分布特征,其中制造与工程类岗位占据主体地位,系统与应用类岗位增长较快.同时,岗位能力由单一专业逐步向跨学科复合能力转变,人才供需矛盾由数量不足转向结构性失衡.随着碳足迹、供应链尽职调查及信息披露等国际规则体系不断强化,产业运行由技术导向向"技术与规则协同驱动"转变,推动人才需求进一步向复合能力延伸,其中技术贸易相关人才在国际规则参与和企业合规实施之间发挥关键连接作用,但整体供给仍明显不足.在此基础上,从产业链协同与能力结构演进出发,对新能源电池产业的人才培养路径进行系统梳理.结果表明,单一学科导向的人才培养模式难以适应产业发展需求,需通过教育体系、职业培训、企业实践及平台支撑的协同机制,推动人才培养由"学科导向"向"能力体系导向"转型,从而形成覆盖材料、制造、系统及国际化应用的完整人才供给体系.

Against the backdrop of accelerating global energy transition and electrification,the new energy battery industry is experiencing rapid growth,with talent demand exhibiting increasingly hi-erarchical and multidisciplinary characteristics along with industrial evolution.Existing studies mainly focus on macro-level analyses such as employment scale and skills shortages,while systematic discussions on talent structure transformation driven by technological coupling and application ex-pansion within the battery industry remain limited.From a value chain perspective,this study ana-lyzes the evolution and distribution patterns of talent structure in the new energy battery industry,and further examines the extension of talent demand under the context of industrial globalization.The results show that talent demand follows a progressive distribution along the"materials-manu-facturing-system"chain,with manufacturing and engineering roles dominating,while system and application-oriented positions are growing rapidly.Meanwhile,competency requirements are shifting from single-discipline expertise toward interdisciplinary integration,and the talent gap is transition-ing from quantitative shortage to structural mismatch.With the increasing influence of international regulatory frameworks—such as carbon footprint requirements,supply chain due diligence,and in-formation disclosure—the industry is evolving from a technology-driven paradigm toward a"technol-ogy-regulation co-driven"model.This shift further drives demand for composite competencies,par-ticularly in technical trade-related roles,which serve as a critical bridge between international rule participation and enterprise-level compliance implementation,yet remain significantly undersup-plied.Building upon these findings,this study systematically examines talent development pathways from the perspective of value chain coordination and competency evolution.The results indicate that discipline-oriented training models are insufficient to meet industrial needs.Instead,a coordinated approach integrating education systems,vocational training,enterprise practice,and institutional support is required to facilitate the transition toward competency-based talent development,thereby establishing a comprehensive talent supply system covering materials,manufacturing,systems,and international applications.
