Feild Test on Over-Voltages of Shunt Capacitors and Reactors Switched by SF6 Circiut Breakers in 500 kV Substation
新型电力系统对系统无功调节能力提出了新要求,传统并联电抗/电容器装置的被投切次数增加、故障率骤增.为探索并联电抗/电容器故障原因,借助可同时监测10路电压信号、单通道采样频率为100 MHz的测试系统;借助该测试系统,开展了 3个500 kV变电站5个间隔、80次的SF6断路器投、切并联电抗/电容器现场测试,现场对比了阻容吸收器对过电压的抑制效果.结合现场测试结果,明确了 SF6断路器投切并联电抗/电容分闸、合闸电压的特点,获得了预计穿、过电压倍数等特征量的统计特征,明晰了阻容吸收器对分、合闸过电压的抑制效果.文中还提出解决SF6断路器投切并联电抗/电容器过电压的新的关键问题.
The new type of power system has imposed new requirements on the reactive power regulation capacity of the system.The switching frequency of traditional parallel reactors and capacitor bands has in-creased,and the failure rate has risen sharply.To investigate the causes of faults in parallel reactors and capacitor banks,a test system was developed to monitor 10 voltage signals simultaneously,with a sam-pling frequency of 100 MHz per channel.Using this test system,on-site tests were conducted to monitor SF6 circuit breaker operations-specifically,switching on and off parallel capacitors and reactors-at three different 500 kV substations,for a total of 80 tests in five intervals.The overvoltage suppression performance of RC snubbers was also evaluated.Based on the field test results,the voltage characteristics during opening and closing operations of parallel reactors and capacitor banks interrupted by SF6 circuit breakers were clarified;the statistical features of characteristic quantities such as the expected through and over-voltage-multiples were obtained,and the effectiveness of RC snubbers in suppressing both switching-on and switching-off overvoltages was quantified.In addition,a new set of key problems about suppressing the overvoltages of the parallel reactors and capacitor banks was also proposed.
