氧化锌压敏电阻器耐冷热冲击性的影响因素研究OA
Influencing Factors of the Thermal Shock Resistance of Zinc Oxide Varistor
研究了环氧粉末包封料、助焊剂残留及清洗剂、氧化锌压敏电阻器引线直径、硅胶内涂、环氧粉末包封料固化温度和时间、冷热冲击条件等多种因素对于氧化锌压敏电阻器耐冷热冲击性的影响.通过研究发现,不同环氧粉末包封料影响较大.助焊剂残留会严重劣化耐冷热冲击性,不同清洗剂的清洗效果存在差异.环氧粉末包封料固化不充分,会降低耐冷热冲击性.硅胶内涂因为与环氧的相容性差,会明显劣化耐冷热冲击性.不同的耐冷热冲击条件,其中低温区影响更加明显.
The various influencing factors on the thermal shock resistance of zinc oxide varistor are investi-gated,including epoxy powder encapsulation material,residual flux and cleaning agent,lead diameter of zinc oxide varistor,silicone inner coating,degree of curing of encapsulation material,as well as thermal shock conditions.It has been found that different epoxy powder encapsulation materials have a significant impact.The residual flux can seriously deteriorate the thermal shock resistance,and the cleaning effect of different cleaning agents varies.Insufficient curing of epoxy powder encapsulation material can reduce its resistance to cold and hot impacts.Silicone inner coating,due to poor compatibility with epoxy,will sig-nificantly deteriorate its resistance to cold and hot impacts.Among different thermal shock conditions,the impact is more obvious in the low-temperature zone.
