城市公共空间韧性:系统化思维下的概念框架、典型模式与运行机制OACHSSCD
Urban Public Space Resilience:Conceptual Frameworks,Typical Models,and Operational Mechanisms from a Systematic Thinking Perspective
城市公共空间是承载城市功能的核心载体,其产生更大韧性的关键在于系统化.然而,目前学界尚未明确揭示公共空间韧性产生的内在原理.为此,主张从"要素思维"转向"系统思维",通过理论建构与案例归纳,阐释城市公共空间韧性的系统化内涵,并构建"空间—功能—治理"三维度的分析框架.发现:公共空间韧性不仅取决于单一节点的应对能力,更取决于系统层面的结构稳定与功能复合.基于此,总结出海绵缓冲、生活庇护、微气候调节以及社会恢复四大典型城市公共空间韧性模式,并从空间冗余、风险阻隔、时空转换、多元协同四个维度剖析公共空间系统的运行机制.旨在深化公共空间韧性的理论边界,为国土空间规划下的韧性城市专项编制、平灾转换导则制定及全生命周期治理提供科学指引与实例参考.
Urban public space is a fundamental carrier of urban functions,and its re-silience depends on the systematic characteristics of the public space system.How-ever,the underlying mechanisms of urban public space resilience remain insuffi-ciently understood.This paper advocates a cognitive shift from element-based think-ing to system thinking.Through theoretical development and case-based analysis,it systematically elucidates the systematic nature of urban public space resilience and proposes an analytical framework integrating the dimensions of space,function,and governance.The findings indicates that enhancing public space resilience depends not only on the physical responsiveness of individual nodes but also on the structural sta-bility and functional structure at the system level.Based on this framework,the study identifies four representative features of urban public space resilience:sponge buffers,emergency shelters,microclimate regulation,and social restoration.It further examines four dimensions of resilience mechanism:spatial redundancy,risk buffering,spatial temporal transformation,and multi-actor collaboration.This study advances the theoretical understanding of urban public space resilience and provides scientific guidance and practical reference for resilient city planning,the development of disaster-response and adaptive reuse guidelines,and whole-life-cycle governance within the context of territorial spatial planning.
