GAPSO optimized PWM dual random distribution EMI suppression method
电机驱动系统中,传统空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)因固定载波频率与脉冲位置引发的电磁干扰(EMI)频谱能量集中现象,是制约其电磁兼容性能的关键因素.为解决该问题,提出一种基于遗传粒子群混合优化(GAPSO)的双随机PWM策略.该方法通过载波频率与脉冲位置的双重随机扰动,实现了谐波能量由窄带尖峰向宽频域的扩散重构;创新性地引入基于Sigmoid概率密度函数的非均匀分布模型,以解决传统均匀随机分布导致的频段能量局部聚集问题.通过GAPSO对Sigmoid函数的形状因子及随机化边界进行多目标智能寻优,建立了频谱能量分布与调控参数间的动态映射,从而最大程度提升高频谐波抑制效果.仿真验证表明,相较于标准SVPWM,所提方法在0.1~30 MHz频段内可将谐波峰值强度系统性降低18.3 dBμV,显著改善了电机驱动系统的共模噪声与传导EMI特性,为高频域EMI的抑制提供了一种有效且通用的优化思路.
In motor drive systems,the electromagnetic interference(EMI)spectrum energy concentration caused by the fixed carrier frequency and pulse position of traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is a key factor undermining its electromagnetic compatibility.To address the issue,this paper proposes a dual random pulse width modulation(PWM)strategy based on genetic particle swarm optimization(GAPSO).It achieves the diffusion and reconstruction of harmonic energy from narrowband peaks to wideband through dual random perturbations of carrier frequency and pulse position.A non-uniform distribution model is introduced based on Sigmoid probability density function to solve the local energy aggregation in frequency bands caused by traditional uniform random distribution.By using GAPSO to perform multi-objective intelligent optimization on the shape factor and randomized boundary of the Sigmoid function,a dynamic mapping between spectral energy distribution and control parameters is established to maximize the high-frequency harmonic suppression effect.Simulation verification shows the proposed method reduces the peak harmonic intensity by 18.3 dBuV in the frequency range of 0.1-30 MHz compared with standard SVPWM,markedly improving the common mode noise and conductive EMI characteristics of the motor drive systems.The method may provide an effective optimization for suppressing EMI in the high-frequency domains.
