基于智能平板手机的高灵敏比色传感器构建及应用OA

为了满足限制环境下生物医学测试的需求,基于智能手机的光学检测技术已经成为国内外现场检测的研究热点.由于与商用读板仪之间存在性能差距,现有的基于智能手机的生物传感器的应用受到明显限制.基于此,开发了一种基于智能平板和手机、具备智能和动态光调节功能的便携比色生物传感器,可在三个不同颜色通道中控制激发光的调制.研究结果表明,经过优化激发调制,该便携比色生物传感器在天然色素含量、细胞活性和蛋白质浓度测试中均表现出快速灵敏且有效的检测性能.此外,该便携传感器由于检测灵敏度高、动态范围宽、操作简单等优点,在基于智能手机的现场检测领域具有很好的应用潜力.

Optical detection technology based on smart phones has become a research hotspot to meet the needs of biomedical testing in restricted environments.The application of existing smartphone-based biosensor is significantly limited by the performance gap with commercial board readers.A portable colorimetric biosensor based on smart tablets and mobile phones with intelligent and dynamic light regulation is developed,which can control the modulation of excitation light in three different color channels.By optimizing excitation modulation,this portable colorimetric biosensor exhibits extremely rapid,high sensitive,and extremely effective detection performance in natural pigment content,cell viability,and protein concentration.In addition,the portable sensor showns good application potential in the field of smartphone-based field detection due to its advantages of high detection sensitivity,wide dynamic range and simple operation.
