以'水果秋葵'为试材,采用随机区组试验设计,设置5个膜下滴灌追肥处理CK(撒可富30 kg)、T1(撒可富30 kg+尿素2 kg)、T2~T4(撒可富20 kg分别配含氨基酸水溶肥500倍液+根乐施1 L、含海藻酸水溶肥1 500倍液+根乐施1 L、甲壳素2 kg+根乐施1 L),研究了追施3次后土壤理化性质、酶活性、果荚老化指标及果实品质的变化特征,以期筛选出既能改善土壤状况、延缓果荚老化,又能提升果实品质的最优追肥方案,为生产中通过栽培措施延缓黄秋葵老化提供参考依据.结果表明:与CK相比,减施化肥增施功能性有机肥的T2~T4处理效果显著;土壤层面可显著改善土壤理化性质与酶活性,其中T2处理相较于CK能显著提高土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性及碱解氮、有效磷含量,同时可降低果荚纤维素含量以延缓其老化,并显著提升果实可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及总黄酮等品质指标.综上,减施化肥配施功能性有机肥可有效改善土壤环境、延缓果荚老化并提升果实品质,其中T2处理综合效果最优,可在实际生产中推广应用.

Taking'fruit okra'as experimental material,a randomized block design was adopted to set up five mulched drip irrigation top-dressing treatments,CK(sakfu 30 kg),T1(sakfu 30 kg+urea 2 kg),and T2-T4(sakfu 20 kg combined with amino acid water-soluble fertilizer 500×+rootle shi 1 L,seaweed extract water-soluble fertilizer 1 500 ×+rootle shi 1 L,and chitosan 2 kg+rootle shi 1 L,respectively).After three top-dressing applications,soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,pod senescence indicators and fruit quality were determined to screen for the optimal top-dressing scheme that could improve soil conditions,delay pod senescence and enhance fruit quality,in order to provide reference for delaying the aging of okra through cultivation measures in production.The results showed that compared with CK,treatments T2-T4 with reduced chemical fertilizer and increased functional organic fertilizer showed significant effects.At the soil level,soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities were significantly improved.Specifically,T2 treatment significantly increased soil urease and invertase activities,and available nitrogen and phosphorus contents compared with CK,while reducing pod cellulose content to delay senescence,and significantly improving fruit quality indicators such as soluble sugar,soluble protein and total flavonoids.In conclusion,reducing chemical fertilizer combined with functional organic fertilizer could effectively improve soil environment,delay pod senescence and enhance fruit quality,with T2 treatment showing the best comprehensive effects and being recommended for practical production application.
