Relationship Between the Orientation Distribution of Sweet Cherry in Solar Greenhouses and Fruit Quality
以'黄蜜'与'美早'甜樱桃果实为试材,采用系统测定果实物理特性、营养物质、功能性成分、矿质元素含量以及生理指标的方法,研究了日光温室内不同方位(东、中、西)环境差异对2个品种果实品质的影响,以期为设施栽培的品种选择与空间布局优化提供参考依据.结果表明:品种与方位对果实品质存在显著互作.'黄蜜'在硬度、还原型抗坏血酸、β-胡萝卜素和总酚含量上具有优势,其中硬度在东侧最高,β-胡萝卜素在东侧极显著优于'黄蜜';'黄蜜'则表现出"高糖高酸"特征,总糖含量较高且稳定性强,类黄酮含量在各方位均显著领先.矿质元素中,'美早'钙含量在西侧最高,'黄蜜'铁含量在中部更具优势.综上,'美早'为综合品质优良的环境敏感型品种,适宜布局于东、西侧;'黄蜜'为稳定性强的风味特色品种,种植适应性更广.实际种植时应根据品种特性结合温室空间进行差异化栽培.
Taking'Huangmi'and'Meizao'sweet cherry fruits as test materials,fruit physical properties,nutritional content,functional components,mineral element levels,and physiological indicators were measured to investigate the effects of environmental differences across different orientations(east,middle,west)in solar greenhouses on fruit quality for these two varieties,in order to provide references for variety selection and spatial layout optimization in protected cultivation.The results showed that there was a significant interaction between variety and position on fruit quality.'Zaomei'had advantages in firmness,reduced ascorbic acid,β-carotene,and total phenolic content,with the highest firmness on the east side and β-carotene content significantly higher than that of'Huangmi'on the east side;'Huangmi'exhibited a'high sugar and high acid'characteristic,with a higher total sugar content and strong stability,and its flavonoid content was significantly higher in all positions.Among the mineral elements,the calcium content of'Zaomei'was the highest on the west side,and the iron content of'Huangmi'was more advantageous in the middle.In conclusion,'Zaomei'was an environmentally sensitive variety with excellent comprehensive quality,suitable for layout on the east and west sides;'Huangmi'was a variety with strong stability and distinctive flavor characteristics,and had a wider adaptability for cultivation.When actually carrying out the planting,it was necessary to conduct differentiated cultivation based on the characteristics of the varieties and in accordance with the space of the greenhouse.
