不同栽培措施对盐碱地辣椒根区盐碱动态及辣椒生长的影响OA
Effects of Different Cultivation Measures on Salt-alkali Dynamics in the Root Zone and Growth of Pepper in Saline-alkali Soil
以'博辣天骄60'为试材,采用覆膜滴灌(-30 kPa)与不覆膜滴灌(-30 kPa)为对照,设置覆膜滴灌结合淋水压盐、微生物菌剂、土壤改良剂及不同土壤基质势(-25、-35 kPa)共5种处理,研究其对辣椒根区0~40 cm 土层土壤全盐量(TS)、pH及生长的影响,以期为河套灌区盐碱地辣椒高效高产栽培提供参考依据.结果表明:1)覆膜较不覆膜滴灌显著抑制了 0~20 cm 土层盐分累积;2)覆膜滴灌协同土壤改良剂、微生物菌剂或较高基质势(-25 kPa)可有效降低根际区TS与pH,其中改良剂在盛花期降盐最显著,菌剂效应更持久,且各措施效果集中于0~20 cm 土层;3)淋水压盐仅短期有效,后期土壤盐分重新积累且pH升高;4)综合评价结果表明,与单一覆膜滴灌相比,覆膜滴灌结合土壤改良剂效果最优,其辣椒产量提升了 12.07%.
Taking'Bola Tianjiao 60'as the experimental material,mulched drip irrigation(-30 kPa)and non-mulched drip irrigation(-30 kPa)were used as controls.Five treatments were established,included mulched drip irrigation combined with leaching for salt suppression,microbial inoculants,soil amendments,and different soil matric potentials(-25 kPa and-35 kPa).The effects of these treatments on total soil salinity(TS),pH,and pepper growth in the 0-40 cm soil layer of the root zone were investigated,in order to provide references for efficient and high-yield pepper cultivation in saline-alkali land in the Hetao Irrigation District.The results showed that,1)compared with non-mulched drip irrigation,mulched drip irrigation significantly inhibited salt accumulation in the 0-20 cm soil layer;2)mulched drip irrigation combined with soil amendments,microbial inoculants,or a higher soil matric potential(-25 kPa)effectively reduced TS and pH in the rhizosphere,among which the soil amendment showed the most significant salt-reducing effect at the full-bloom stage,while the microbial inoculant had a more persistent effect,and the effects of all measures were mainly concentrated in the 0-20 cm soil layer;3)leaching for salt suppression was only effective in the short term,while soil salinity re-accumulated and pH increased in the later stage;4)the comprehensive evaluation results showed that,compared with single mulched drip irrigation,mulched drip irrigation combined with soil amendments had the best effect,increasing pepper yield by 12.07%.
