十二个番茄品种的农艺性状分析及综合评价OA
Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Agronomic Traits of 12 Tomato Varieties
以12个番茄品种为试材,采用方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析及综合评价方法,研究了不同品种间植株性状、果实性状、品质与抗病性4类关键指标的差异,以期为番茄品种的科学筛选、品质评价及育种改良提供参考依据.结果表明:不同番茄品种在多数性状上差异显著(P<0.05),且各指标间呈现复杂的相关性.主成分分析结果显示,口感番茄前5个主成分累计方差贡献率为87.798%;樱桃番茄前3个主成分累计方差贡献率达100%,2类番茄的主成分均有效综合了产量、营养、风味及外观等多方面信息.基于综合评价模型筛选出'甜心08-2''金海丰6号''浙樱粉1号'和'TY黄妃'等综合性状较优的品种.
Taking 12 tomato varieties as experimental materials,this study investigated the differences in four key categories of indicators-plant traits,fruit characteristics,quality and disease resistance using analysis of variance,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and comprehensive evaluation methods,in order to provide references for scientific screening,quality evaluation,and breeding improvement of tomato varieties.The results showed that most traits differed significantly among varieties(P<0.05),with complex correlations observed among the indicators.Principal component analysis revealed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first five principal components reached 87.798%for tasty tomatoes,while that of the first three principal components reached 100%for cherry tomatoes,indicated that the principal components effectively integrated multidimensional information including yield,nutrition,flavor,and appearance.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model,varieties with relatively superior comprehensive traits,such as'Tianxin 08-2''Jinhaifeng 6''Zheyinfen 1',and'TY Huangfei',were identified.
