甜瓜CNGC基因家族全基因组鉴定及胁迫表达模式分析OA
Genome-wide Identification of the CNGC Gene Family and Expression Profiles Under Stress Conditions in Melon
以甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)为试材,采用生物信息学和分子生物学的研究方法,对甜瓜CNGC基因家族成员进行全基因组鉴定和非生物胁迫下的调控模式分析,以期为解析CNGC基因家族在甜瓜应对非生物胁迫中的功能提供参考依据.结果表明:甜瓜基因组中有16个CmCNGCs基因,不均匀分布在8条染色体上,分属为4个亚族,共包含15个Motif,其启动子区域存在多种响应逆境胁迫的作用元件,暗示CmCNGCs在响应非生物胁迫中可能存在重要调控作用.多种非生物胁迫诱导表达分析表明,大多数CmCNGCs基因表现出明显的差异表达.
Melon(Cucumis melo L.)was used as the experimental material.Genome-wide identification of the CNGC gene family members and analysis of the regulatory patterns under abiotic stress were performed using bioinformatics and molecular biology approaches.in order to provide a reference for elucidating the functions of the CNGC gene family in melons under abiotic stress.The results showed that there were 16 CrnCNGC genes unevenly distributed across 8 chromosomes in the melon genome,which were classified into four subfamilies and contain 15 conserved Motifs.The promoter regions of these genes included multiple cis-acting elements responsive to stress,suggesting that CmCNGC genes may play important regulatory roles in abiotic stress responses.Expression analysis under various abiotic stresses indicated that most CmCNGC genes exhibited distinct differential expression.
