农业农村现代化背景下县域职业教育多元化发展的逻辑向度与实践路径OA

Agricultural and rural modernization constitutes an important foundation for Chinese-style modernization.As the most direct type of education connecting urban and rural areas and serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the diversified development of county-level vocational education is not only a concrete practice of building a powerful education country at the grassroots level,but also a strategic support for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and realizing agricultural and rural modernization.Against the background of the accelerated advancement of agricultural and rural modernization,county-level vocational education and agricultural and rural modernization present a deep coupling relationship characterized by coexistence in time and space,functional complementarity,symbiotic survival and shared goals.Based on the dual strategic requirements of building a powerful agricultural country and a powerful education country,the diversified development of county-level vocational education must grasp four major logics:development dimension,education dimension,service dimension,and governance dimension.It should be systematically promoted through five paths:system optimization,integration of industry and education,green development,cultural empowerment,and organizational improvement.This will drive county-level vocational education to shift from scale expansion to quality improvement,from single-school operation to diversified collaboration,and from urban bias to rooting in rural areas,so as to provide solid support for agricultural and rural modernization.
