职业教育数字化平台治理:框架构建与实施路径OA

Digital platform governance is a critical component of vocational education digital transformation and a key pathway to modernizing its governance system.Given the complex elements and diverse contexts involved,this study constructs a four-dimensional analytical framework encompassing value,actors,technology and institutions grounded in holistic governance theory.Analysis reveals that current governance faces dilemmas including lagging and conflicting governance philosophies,avoidance and fragmentation among governance actors,reification and oversimplification of governance technologies,and institutional suspension and inefficiency.Accordingly,advancement pathways include:aligning stakeholder interests to forge value consensus;establishing dialogue mechanisms to promote pluralistic participation;clarifying digital tool characteristics to ensure scientifically sound technology application;and strengthening top-level institutional design to guarantee efficient and orderly system operation.
