数字化时代成人教育教师专业化发展现状及路径OA

Against the backdrop of in-depth educational digital transformation and accelerated construction of a lifelong learning system serving all citizens,the professional development of adult education teachers has become increasingly crucial.Based on contents analysis of 60 policy and practical texts regarding continuing education for adult education teachers from 2018 to 2025,this study summarizes four prominent features of their current professional development:strategic orientation accurately aligning with key national demands,technological empowerment profoundly reshaping the educational ecology,diversified and integrated professional competency structure,and a preliminary support system with more external introduction than internal cultivation.Targeting practical shortcomings and optimization paths,this paper proposes four dimensions to promote the upgrading of teachers'professional development:constructing a school-based endogenous development ecosystem,coordinating scenario-based technology application and ethical norms,establishing personalized professional growth ladders,and improving the competency-oriented curriculum training system,so as to drive the high-quality professional development of adult education teachers.
