"中高本"贯通:现实困境与突破路径OA

The articulation of secondary,higher and undergraduate vocational integration is a focal point in constructing a modern vocational education system and is imperative for the high-quality development of vocational education.However,the articulation between"secondary-higher-undergraduate"remains deficient.Drawing on network governance theory,the study constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of"structure-ties-trust"to examine the reasons behind the lack of smooth integration among secondary,higher and undergraduate vocational education.The primary reasons for the lack of smooth integration among secondary,higher and undergraduate programs lie in the loose network structure among various stakeholders,weakened ties,and insufficient trust.In the coming period,efforts should be made to strengthen centralized coordination,improve connection mechanisms,and rebuild trust in order to achieve substantial progress in the integration of these three levels of education.
