职普融通教育体系构建:价值内涵、现实困境及推进策略OA

The integration of vocational and general education is the core reform issue of promoting the high-quality development of education and building a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The construction of the education system of integration of vocational and general education system is not only a strategic choice to conform to the trend of population structure transformation and consolidate the foundation of the growth of compound technical and skilled talents,but also a key path to break the dual barriers of vocational and general education and create an inclusive education ecology.It is also an important practice to enable the construction of a Chinese-style modern education system.The horizontal dual-track transfer mechanism of general and vocational education,and the vertical channel from secondary vocational education to undergraduate and above vocational education are the core architecture of the system,which aims to realize the sharing of educational resources and system coupling through two-way complementarity.Faced with the structural defects of top-level design and the lack of practical operation,the integration effect is superficial,the universality of the regional model is insufficient,and the pilot experience is difficult to replicate and promote;the multi-subject collaborative linkage is weak,and the effectiveness of education is limited;the multiple dilemmas of poor practice of the concept of comprehensive development and slow overall advancement.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the four dimensions of improving policy guarantees,optimizing resource layouts,uniting the main force,and adhering to the concept of educating people,focusing on cultivating compound talents with both morality and skills,adapting to the needs of industrial transformation and digital innovation,so as to provide support for the construction of a powerful education country.
