深大基坑支护体系与环保节能协同关键技术研究OA

针对深大基坑支护安全、环境扰动、能源消耗难以统筹的问题,文章提出支护体系与环保节能协同技术框架,以"两墙合一"地下连续墙、可回收预应力型钢支撑、精准降水回灌、数字孪生管控为核心,构建覆盖设计、施工、监测、拆复用全过程路径.结果表明,该体系可以在保证变形受控的前提下减少材料冗余及拆除废弃物,精准降水回灌、泥浆净化回用、智能调度显著降低环境扰动与能耗,数字孪生预测提升异常识别效率,该方案在安全、环保、节能、经济层面均具综合优势,适合复杂城市环境下深大基坑绿色智能建造推广.

In response to the difficulties in coordinating safety,environmental disturbance,and energy consumption in deep and large foundation pit support,this article proposes a collaborative technology framework for support systems and environmental protection and energy saving.Centered on the'two walls in one'underground diaphragm wall,recyclable prestressed steel supports,precise groundwater drawdown and recharge,and digital twin management and control,it establishes a full-process pathway covering design,construction,monitoring,and dismantling/reuse.The results show that this system can reduce material redundancy and demolition waste while ensuring controlled deformation.Precise groundwater drawdown and recharge,slurry purification and reuse,and intelligent scheduling significantly reduce environmental disturbance and energy consumption.Digital twin prediction enhances the efficiency of anomaly detection.This solution has comprehensive advantages in safety,environmental protection,energy saving,and economics,making it suitable for promoting green and intelligent construction of deep and large foundation pits in complex urban environments.
