文章提出集成导向偏移识别与前端地质感知的实时纠偏预警系统.基于主动LED编码光靶与亚像素定位技术实现导向偏移实时检测,引入卡尔曼滤波进行趋势预测并构建动态三级预警机制;设计嵌入式传感模块采集振动、推进力等物理量,采用随机森林算法构建土层识别模型;融合视觉与传感数据构建智能决策平台,结合专家规则与神经网络实现综合判识与可视化辅助决策.结果表明,该系统实现了导向控制与地质风险预警的有机结合,提升了微型顶管施工的精度、安全性和效率,为城市地下管线智能化施工提供支撑.

This paper proposes a real-time deviation correction and early warning system that integrates steering offset identification and front-end geological perception for micro-tunneling.Based on active LED encoded optical targets and sub-pixel localization technology,real-time detection of steering deviation is achieved,with Kalman filtering introduced for trend prediction and a dynamic three-level early warning mechanism established.An embedded sensing module is designed to collect physical quantities such as vibration and jacking force,and a soil layer identification model is constructed using the random forest algorithm.An intelligent decision-making platform is built by integrating vision and sensing data,combining expert rules and neural networks for comprehensive identification and visualized auxiliary decision-making.The results show that the system achieves an effective integration of steering control and geological risk early warning,significantly enhancing the accuracy,safety,and efficiency of micro-tunneling construction,and provides support for the intelligent construction of urban underground pipelines.
