赣南茶区植保无人机飞防药液雾滴沉积分布与地面流失率影响因素研究OA
Study on the Influencing Factors of Droplet Deposition Distribution and Ground Runoff Rate of Aerial Spray Liquid by Plant Protection Drones in Southern Jiangxi Tea Region
为提升赣南茶区植保无人机的飞防效果,推动茶区植保无人机的应用,研究采用四旋翼植保无人机,以飞行高度、飞行速度、雾滴粒径等飞防参数为因素设置田间正交试验,结合雾滴分布特征、沉积量、地面流失率等指标,揭示飞防参数对飞防药液雾滴沉积分布和地面流失率的影响并优选飞防参数.结果表明,植保无人机飞行高度、飞行速度及雾滴粒径对药液在茶树冠层表面、内部沉积量影响显著(P<0.05),且飞行高度为主要影响参数.飞防高度2 m、飞行速度2.5 m/s、雾滴粒径200 μm,是适宜赣南茶区的飞防参数.在地面流失率方面,3个飞防参数对药液地面流失率的影响均达极显著水平(P<0.001),在考虑控制药液地面流失率条件下,应适当提高飞行高度、飞行速度,减小雾滴粒径,确保平衡兼顾雾滴沉积效果及药液利用率.研究为赣南茶区植保无人机飞防参数的选择优化提供了理论支撑.
To promote the application of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for tea plants in the Gan-nan region and improve flight control efficacy,an orthogonal field experiment was conducted using a quad-rotor plant protection UAV with flight height,flight speed,and droplet size as operational factors.Based on indicators in-cluding droplet distribution characteristics,deposition amount,and ground loss rate,the influence patterns of flight factors on control efficacy were revealed,and optimal operational parameters were obtaineed.The results show that UAV flight height,flight speed,and droplet size significantly affected the deposition amount on both the surface and interior of the tea canopy(P<0.05),with flight height being the primary influencing factor.The optimal flight parameters for tea plants in the Gannan region were a flight height of 2 m,a flight speed of 2.5 m/s,and a droplet size of 200 μm.Regarding ground loss rate,all three flight factors exhibited highly significant effects(P<0.001).Under the condition of controlling ground loss rate,flight height and flight speed should be appropriately increased while reducing droplet size to ensure a balanced trade-off between droplet deposition effectiveness and pesticide uti-lization efficiency.This study provided theoretical support for improving the quality and efficiency of UAV spray-ing operations in Gannan tea gardens.
