名优茶叶机械化采收技术路线探讨OA

文章系统总结了国内围绕"非选择性采茶机采摘+鲜叶分级+加工"和"智能化高选择性采摘+加工"两条技术路线开展的研究进展与发展趋势.在非选择性采茶机采摘路线方面,重点介绍了采茶机改进、鲜叶机械分级技术与装备创新及其应用效果;在智能化高选择性采摘路线方面,主要阐述了嫩芽识别与定位、采摘执行器研制、移动作业平台及整机集成等关键技术的研究现状.建议通过多学科协作协同推进上述两条技术路线,重点突破高通量鲜叶智能化分选、快速识别定位、高效末端采摘等关键技术和装备,降低整机硬件要求和成本,实现准确率、采摘效率与经济成本之间的平衡.

This paper systematically summarized the research progress and development trends of two technical routes in China:"non-selective tea plucking machine harvesting+fresh leaf grading+processing"and"intelligent highly-selective picking+processing."For the non-selective tea plucking machine route,improvements to tea plucking machines,innovations in mechanical fresh leaf grading technology and equipment,and their application effects were highlighted.For the intelligent highly-selective picking route,the research status of key technologies such as tender bud recognition and localization,development of picking end-effectors,mobile operation platforms,and whole-machine integration was elaborated.It is recommended to promote the above two technical routes syner-gistically through multidisciplinary collaboration,focusing on breakthroughs in key technologies and equipment for high-throughput intelligent fresh leaf sorting,rapid recognition and localization,and efficient end-effector picking,so as to reduce hardware requirements and costs of the whole machine and achieve a balance amongaccuracy,pick-ing efficiency and economic cost.
