茶叶低碳加工技术研究进展OA
Research Progress on Low-Carbon Tea Processing Technologies
在绿色制造与茶产业转型升级背景下,茶叶加工低碳化已成为茶产业绿色转型的重要环节.文章围绕茶叶加工全过程碳排放特征与核算方法、能源结构优化与清洁能源替代、关键加工环节低碳化技术、低碳加工系统集成及产业化实践等方面,综述了茶叶低碳加工研究进展.茶叶低碳加工正由单环节节能向能源替代、装备提效、智能控制和系统协同优化转变,但仍面临碳足迹核算不统一、品质形成与低碳调控协同机制研究不足、产业化集成水平不高等问题.未来应加强标准化核算、多工序协同减排及低碳智能加工技术研究,以推动茶产业绿色低碳发展.
Against the backdrop of green manufacturing and the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry,low-carbon tea processing has become a critical component of the sector's green transition.This review summarized recent progress in low-carbon tea processing,covering aspects such as carbon emission characteristics and accounting methods across the entire processing chain,the optimization of energy structure and the substitution of clean energy,low-carbon technologies for key processing stages,system integration,and industrial applications.Current research indicates that the focus of low-carbon tea processing is shifting from energy saving in individual processing steps to integrated op-timization involving energy substitution,equipment efficiency improvement,intelligent control,and system-level coordination.However,several challenges remain,including a lack of unified carbon footprint accounting methods,insufficient coordination between quality formation and low-carbon regulation mechanisms,and limited industrial-scale integration.Future studies should strengthen standardized carbon accounting,coordinated emission reduction across multiple processing stages,and low-carbon intelligent processing technologies,thereby promoting the green and low-carbon development of the tea industry.
