关黄柏抗炎活性成分及其作用机制研究进展OA
Anti-inflammatory active components and mechanisms of Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex:a review
关黄柏为芸香科植物黄檗 Phellodendron amurense 的干燥树皮,具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效,临床常用于湿热泻痢、疮疡肿毒等炎性相关疾病.现代研究表明,关黄柏含有生物碱类、柠檬苦素类、酚酸类等多种活性成分,其中小檗碱、黄柏碱、绿原酸等成分可通过抑制关键炎症信号通路,调控炎症小体活化,重塑氧化应激-炎症平衡,并调节免疫细胞极化功能,构建"多途径-多靶点"协同抗炎作用网络.该文系统梳理近十年国内外相关研究,综述关黄柏的主要抗炎活性成分及协同作用机制,为关黄柏抗炎创新药物研发与临床应用提供理论依据与研究思路.
Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex is the dried bark of Phellodendron amurense(Rutaceae).It has the effects of clearing heat and drying dampness,purging fire and eliminating steaming,and detoxifying and treating sores.Clinically,it is commonly used for inflammatory diseases associated with dampness-heat diarrhea,dysentery,sores,ulcers,and toxic swellings.Modern studies have shown that Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex contains various bioactive components including alkaloids,limonoids,and phenolic acids.Among them,berberine,phellodendrine,and chlorogenic acid can inhibit key inflammatory signaling pathways,regulate inflammasome activation,restore the balance between oxidative stress and inflammation,and modulate immune cell polarization,thereby constructing a synergistic anti-inflammatory network characterized by multiple pathways and multiple targets.This article systematically reviews relevant domestic and international studies published over the past decade and summarizes the main anti-inflammatory active components of Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex and their synergistic mechanisms of action,providing a theoretical basis and research perspectives for the development of innovative anti-inflammatory drugs and the clinical application of Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex.
