黄连非药用部位综合利用研究进展OA
Research advances on comprehensive utilization of non-medicinal parts of Coptis chinensis
黄连非药用部位(non-medicinal parts,NMP)资源丰富但长期作为农业废弃物丢弃,造成资源浪费与环境污染.研究发现,黄连 NMP 含有与根茎相似的生物碱类、黄酮类及苯丙素类等活性成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗菌等药理活性,且安全性较高,具备广阔的开发前景.该文系统综述了黄连NMP 的化学成分、药理作用、安全性评价及产品开发现状等,深入分析了其物质基础与作用机制.针对目前研究分散、产品开发滞后等局限,未来应在进一步明确其物质基础、功效和安全性的基础上,申报合法身份,以推动黄连 NMP 的资源利用与可持续发展.
Non-medicinal parts(NMP)of Coptis chinensis are abundant but have long been discarded as agricultural waste,resulting in resource wastage and environmental pollution.Research indicates that NMP contains active components similar to those in rhizomes,including alkaloids,flavonoids,and phenylpropanoids.These components exhibit pharmacological activities such as hypoglycemic and lipid-regulating effects,antioxidant properties,and antibacterial activity,while demonstrating high safety profiles,offering broad development prospects.This review systematically summarized the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,safety evaluation,and current product development status of NMP,providing an in-depth analysis of their material basis and mechanisms of action.To address current limitations such as fragmented research and delayed product development,in the future,on the basis of further clarifying its material basis,efficacy,and safety,it is necessary to apply for legal identities for NMP,and thereby promote the resource utilization and sustainable development of NMP of Coptis chinensis.
