肾脏疾病发病率逐年攀升,已成为全球性公共卫生问题.现代医学治疗存在诸多局限,传统中医药对于肾病的治疗也无法避免生物利用度低、靶向性弱等问题.纳米药物递送系统(NDDS)凭借纳米颗粒的独特理化特性,可通过被动与主动靶向递送策略,实现中药活性成分精准的肾脏疾病治疗.该文系统阐述了 NDDS 的定义、分类、理化影响因素以及核心优势,重点总结其在不同肾脏疾病中的应用和机制,探讨其临床转化面临的挑战与未来前景,旨在为肾病中医药精准治疗开辟新路径.

Kidney diseases,with rising incidences,pose a serious challenge to global public health.Modern medical treatments exhibit numerous limitations,while TCM approaches for kidney diseases face low bioavailability and insufficient targeting.The unique physicochemical properties of nanoparticles enable nanoparticle drug delivery systems(NDDS)to achieve precise targeting of TCM active ingredients for kidney diseases through passive and active targeting strategies.This paper systematically describes the definition,classification,physicochemical factors,and core advantages of NDDS.Furthermore,it summarizes the applications and mechanisms of NDDS in various kidney diseases and discusses the challenges and future prospects for clinical translation.This review aims to establish a novel path for the precision treatment of kidney diseases with TCM.
