《腹腔内压力经膀胱间接测量技术》团体标准解读OA

Intra-abdominal pressure(IAP)is a critical monitoring parameter reflecting the pathophysiological state within the abdominal cavity,and the accuracy of its measurement is highly dependent on the standardization of the procedure.To address this,the Chinese Nursing Association organized 33 critical care medical and nursing experts from 25 hospitals nationwide,and developed the group standard entitled T/CNAS 52-2025 intra-abdominal pressure measurement by transbladder indirect technique in accordance with national standardization guidelines and evidence-based principles through rigorous deliberation.This article interprets this standard in light of evidence and clinical practice,providing implementation recommendations to guide nursing professionals in correctly applying this measurement technique and ensuring accurate results.
