生物天然气绿色价值实践路径分析与展望OA
Analysis and Outlook on Green Value Development Pathways for Biogas
在"双碳"目标与全球能源转型背景下,生物天然气因其全生命周期负碳或低碳属性、原料来源广泛及与现有基础设施高度兼容等优势,已成为可再生能源体系的重要组成部分.然而,高昂的项目投资成本与尚不完善的产业链体系,使得绿色价值的市场化实现成为制约行业规模化发展的核心瓶颈.文章将针对生物天然气绿色价值的多种开发方式进行比较分析,并试图指出有利于我国生物天然气市场化发展的绿色价值开发路径.研究表明,相较于传统项目级碳资产开发模式,构建以碳足迹核算为锚点、绿色认证为背书、生物天然气证书为载体的产品级绿色权益体系,能够将减排效益直接内化于产品物理属性,同步激励产业链上下游,形成更具可持续性的低碳转型路径,并为健全我国生物天然气市场化机制提供制度参考.
Against the backdrop of China's"Dual Carbon"goals and global energy transition,biomethane has evolved into a vital component of the renewable energy system owing to its advantages including life-cycle low or negative carbon emis-sions,abundant feedstock sources,and high compatibility with existing energy infrastructure.Nevertheless,excessive capital investment and an immature industrial chain impede the market-oriented monetization of its environmental benefits,which stands as the core bottleneck restricting the large-scale development of the biomethane sector.This paper comparatively ana-lyzes diversified exploitation approaches for the green value of biomethane and identifies feasible development pathways to advance its marketization in China.The research reveals that,compared with the conventional project-based carbon asset de-velopment model,establishing a product-oriented green benefit system anchored in carbon footprint accounting,endorsed by green certification and carried via tradable biomethane certificates can effectively embed emission reduction gains into the intrinsic physical value of biomethane products.Such a framework delivers incentivization to all upstream and downstream participants across the industrial chain,facilitates a more sustainable low-carbon transition route,and offers institutional ref-erences for improving the market-based mechanism of China's biomethane industry.
