厨余垃圾干式厌氧发酵工艺研究OA
Dry Anaerobic Fermentation Technology of Food Waste
我国城镇分类后的厨余垃圾产量快速攀升,厨余垃圾的处理和资源再生利用已成为我国建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会中迫切需要解决的问题.文章以某沼气工程为例介绍了厨余垃圾推流式厌氧干发酵工艺技术,该工程处理规模51.4 t·d-1,厌氧发酵温度55℃,单位进罐物料产气量134.52 Nm3·t-1,每年可产沼气266.43万Nm3,发电426.29万kWh.通过沼气发电替代化石能源,预计每年可减少二氧化碳排放约4960.93 t,具有良好的碳减排效益.
With the rapid increase in the output of classified food waste in Chinese cities,the treatment and resource recy-cling of food waste have become urgent issues to address in building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This article introduces the push-flow anaerobic dry fermentation process technology for food waste through a case study of a biogas project.The project has a treatment capacity of 51.4 t·d-1,operates at an anaerobic fermentation temperature of 55 ℃,and the gas production rate of the material entering the anaerobic tank is 134.52 Nm3·t-1.It produces 2.66 million Nm3 of biogas annually,which can generate 4.26 million kWh of electricity.By replacing fossil fuels with biogas power genera-tion,the project is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 4960.93 tonnes each year,demonstrating significant carbon reduction benefits.
