为深入探究厌氧发酵液中挥发性有机酸(VFAs)的分离特性,以厨余垃圾产酸发酵液为实验对象,运用常压/减压蒸馏法开展有机酸分离提取试验,系统研究了蒸馏温度、pH值对VFAs分离提取效果的影响.研究结果表明,pH值对厌氧发酵液在常/减压蒸馏过程中VFAs的提取效果具有显著影响.无论常压蒸馏还是减压蒸馏,流出液中VFAs浓度均随pH值升高而降低.当pH值处于1~3的酸性区间时,常减压蒸馏方法能够有效提取VFAs.在pH值为1时,VFAs的提取效果最好,常减压条件下VFAs总浓度分别为31682.69 mg·L-1和26661.60 mg·L-1.此外,在蒸馏过程中,乙酸、丙酸和丁酸均存在一定程度的流失,常压蒸馏的流失率明显高于减压蒸馏.进一步结合Kendalls相关性分析发现,pH值与乙酸、丙酸和丁酸流出液的浓度之间均呈现负相关关系,温度与流出液的浓度之间无显著相关性,温度是调控VFAs提取速率的关键因素.

In order to explore the separation characteristics of volatile organic acids(VFAs)in anaerobic fermentation broth,the acid-producing fermentation broth of food waste was taken as the experimental object.Atmospheric distillation and vacuum distillation were used to carry out organic acid separation and extraction experiments.The effects of distillation tem-perature and pH value on the separation and extraction efficiency of VFAs were systematically studied.The results showed that the pH value had a significant influence on the extraction efficiency of VFAs during atmospheric/vacuum distillation of anaerobic fermentation broth.The concentration of volatile fatty acids(VFAs)in the distillate decreases with an increase in pH for both atmospheric distillation and reduced-pressure distillation.When the pH value was in the acidic range of 1~3,the atmospheric distillation and vacuum distillation method were effective in extracting VFAs.At pH value 1,the total con-centration of VFAs is the highest,Under atmospheric and vacuum distillation,the total concentrations of VFAs were meas-ured at 31682.69 mg·L-1 and 26661.60 mg·L-1 respectively.In addition,during the distillation process,there was a cer-tain degree of loss of acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric acid.Under the same pH conditions,The loss rate in atmos-pheric distillation is significantly higher than in vacuum distillation.Furthermore,Kendalls correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between pH and the concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid effluents,while there was no significant correlation between temperature and the concentrations of these effluents.Temperature was a key factor regulating the extraction rate of VFAs.
