牛粪与秸秆中温干式厌氧共发酵处理性能的研究OA
Study on the Performance of Cow Dung and Straw in Medium Temperature Dry Anaerobic Co-Fermentation
为了研究牛粪与小麦秸秆混合物干式厌氧共发酵性能,以质量比为4~6∶1的牛粪-秸秆混合物为原料,采用卧式横推流反应器,在中温条件下开展了为期109 d的连续运行试验.系统通过驯化期、低负荷2.7±0.2 kgVS·m-3d-1累积运行期及高负荷4.5±0.3 kgVS·m-3d-1稳定运行期的梯度提升策略,系统考察了系统的产气性能、底物降解效率及关键运行参数的动态变化.研究结果表明,系统具有良好的负荷适应性与运行稳定性:高负荷下VS产气量达331±27 m3·t-1,VS去除率稳定在48%~60%;沼气中甲烷含量维持在57.0%±3.0%;系统pH值稳定在7.3~7.8,挥发性脂肪酸/总无机碳碱度(FOS/TAC)比值始终低于0.45,表明其具备强大的酸碱缓冲能力;总氨氮(TAN)浓度虽累积至2200~2400 mg·L-1,但未对产甲烷过程产生显著抑制,其与体系碱度共同构成了稳定的内环境.
In order to study the dry anaerobic co-fermentation performance of cow dung and wheat straw mixture,and a hori-zontal thrust flow reactor was used to carry out a continuous operation test for 109 d under medium temperature conditions of cow dung and wheat straw mixture with a mass ratio of 4~6∶1as raw material.The system investigated the dynamic changes of gas production performance,substrate degradation efficiency and key operating parameters through the gradient lifting strategy of acclimatization stage,low load 2.7±0.2 kgVS·m-3d-1 cumulative operation period and high load 4.5±0.3 kgVS·m-3d-1 stable operation period.The results show that the system has good load adaptability and operational stability:the VS gas production reaches 331±27 m3·t-1 under high load,and the VS removal rate is stable at 48%~60%.The methane content in biogas was maintained at 57.0%±3.0%.The pH value of the system was stable at 7.3~7.8,and the ratio of volatile fatty acids/total inorganic carbon alkalinity(FOS/TAC)was always lower than 0.45,indicating that it had a strong acid-base buffer ability.Although the total ammonia nitrogen(TAN)concentration accumulated to 2200~2400 mg·L-1,it did not significantly inhibit the methanogenesis process,and it together with the system alkalinity constituted a stable internal environment.
