秸秆干式厌氧发酵产CH4技术研究进展与应用OA
Research Progress and Application of Straw Dry Anaerobic Fermentation for CH4 Production
秸秆向CH4转化被视为解决秸秆焚烧污染和提高可再生能源占比的重要手段.在众多产CH4技术中,秸秆干式厌氧发酵技术因需水量少、能耗低、CH4产率高、环境友好等突出优势被广泛关注.尽管该技术在我国已有十余年的发展历程,但至今仍未被大规模推广应用.通过系统梳理国内外学者的报道,对秸秆干式厌氧发酵机理和关键影响因素进行了综述,并总结了该技术的应用现状.文章对现有研究和成功应用案例的整合,为秸秆干式厌氧发酵产CH4技术的进一步研发、优化与推广应用提供理论和实践参考.
The conversion of straw into CH4 is regarded as a key approach to addressing straw-burning pollution and in-creasing the proportion of renewable energy.Among numerous CH4 production technologies,dry anaerobic fermentation of straw has garnered significant attention due to its outstanding advantages:minimal water requirement,lower energy consump-tion,higher CH4 yield,and environmental friendliness.Despite over a decade of development in China,this technology has yet to be deployed on a large scale.This study systematically reviews the mechanisms and key influencing factors of dry an-aerobic fermentation of straw by analyzing domestic and international research results,and summarizes the current applica-tion status of this technology.By synthesizing existing research and successful application cases,this study provides theoreti-cal and practical references for the further development,optimization,and widespread application of dry anaerobic fermenta-tion technology for CH4 production from straw.
