针灸诊疗理论体系的历史回顾与现实探索OA

This article reviews the development of acupuncture-moxibustion diagnosis and treatment system,and points out that the development of it has experienced a transition from pulse diagnosis of qi-blood states and the affected site to the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the manifestation sites.In response to current domestic and international challenges,this article proposes that under the guidance of"upholding tradition while innovating",a new acupuncture-moxibustion diagnosis and treatment paradigm should be established to meet modern clinical needs.The new system centers on medical history inquiry,integrates modern medical diagnostic methods,emphasizes the combination of disease identification and syndrome differentiation,focuses on the standardization and individualization in the diagnosis and treatment system,and advocates the scientific exploration and modern interpretation of classical acupuncture and moxibustion theories,so as to achieve the modernization of acupuncture-moxibustion theories and the optimization of clinical practice.
